We work hard to make things easy for you. Here’s our successful process that ensure that your kitchen, vanity, laundry, home office or wardrobe turns out exactly as you want.
1. Initial Contact / Consultation
After we have first spoken on the telephone, we’ll arrange a time to come to you and meet to understand your goals and needs. We’ll bring material and product samples and measure your place so we know exactly what we have to work with.
Within a week of our first meeting, we’ll have a solid quote prepared for you with all the details you need to make your decision
Once you’ve made the decision to work with Artemis Kitchen Designs, its your turn to visit us and see where your project will be made. We’ll go through the design and plan in details and make any adjustments needed. We’ll also agree on the materials and hardware to be used and sign all the necessary paperwork. We’ll need a 50% deposit at this point and your project will commence.
It’s now up to us to get building and turn all of your ideas and our designs to reality. After about 4-6 weeks, we’ll have your project set up in our factory so that you can come and see how it looks and how everything opens and shuts. We’ll need a 25% progress payment here in readiness to install your new kitchen, bathroom, laundry, home office or wardrobe.
Now it’s time to get everything into your home and fine tuned so that everything is exactly right. We’ll coordinate all of the other trades to get all the plumbing, gas and electrics connected.
6. Sign Off
Your satisfaction is the most important thing for us. Once you are happy, we’ll complete handover and sign off the successful project. Your final 25% balance is due now.
